The acquisition strengthens the market position of both companies and allows it to offer a wide range of tailor-made solutions to its customers.
ATP Adhesive Systems Group is a manufacturer of high-performance adhesive tapes, focusing on water-based technology. The company serves a wide range of end markets, including construction, medical, mobility, electronic applications, and general industries, offering tailor-made solutions through its in-house R&D capabilities.
Offering Tailor-made Solutions to Customers
CCT Coating & Converting Technologies Inc is a solution provider in the US to clients in the healthcare sector with coating and converting capabilities of specialized adhesive tapes. CCT’s founder Robert Dempsey & CEO Rich Hipp together with their team will continue to run the firm’s operations from their Philadelphia location.
Both firms’ will offer tailor-made solutions to its customers. The management teams of both companies expect to increase their service offering to its US customers.
