HOUSTON, TX - (September 20, 2010) - Solprene® 1217, a styrene-butadiene copolymer (SSBR grade) is the latest product launched by leading SBC and SSBR supplier Dynasol Elastomers. With superior thermal stability and high resistance to stronger process conditions, Solprene® 1217 has wide-reaching applications in hot melt adhesive formulations. Additionally, because it’s compatible with a broad range of tackifier resins, Solprene® 1217 is an excellent SIS substitution for many specialty adhesives formulations. “Some of our customers needed a polymer that could be processed at higher temperatures.
