Celanese Emulsions to Showcase VAE Emulsion Innovations at Interlakokraska 2011


MOSCOW, RUSSIA -- Celanese Emulsion Polymers invites paints and coatings manufacturers to learn more about the advantages of water-based systems at this years Interlakokraska exhibition.
