Creative Materials has developed a product that is customized for thermal management applications-109-12, Thermally Conductive Low-Stress Epoxy. Formulated for use in the manufacture of computer components and LEDs, this product is a highly effective thermal adhesive to interface between a heat-producing component and a heat-sink.

This is a flexible, precatalyzed, 100-percent solids, electrically insulating product, featuring chemical resistance and high-temperature properties. These products all exhibit similar performance characteristics to 109-12.
