August 30, 2012 - Formulated using nickel flake filler, 2-part Aremco-Bond(TM) 614 is available for electrical and electronic assembly applications to 360°F (continuous) or 400°F (intermittent). Volume resistivity is less than 0.025 ohm-cm at room temperature, and thermal conductivity is 0.5 W/m-°K. With mixed viscosity range of 100,000-110,000 cP, adhesive exhibits 2,500 psi tensile shear strength and 78 Shore D hardness. Product sets at room temperature in 24 hr or can be heat-cured in 2 hr at 100°F.
