Arsenal Capital Partners to Acquire ADCO Global, a Manufacturer of Specialty Adhesives, Sealants and Tapes

NEW YORK -- Arsenal Capital Partners has signed an agreement to acquire ADCO Global, Inc. ("ADCO Global" or the "Company") a leading global manufacturer of specialty adhesives, sealants and tapes. ADCO Global is a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. The transaction is subject to customary conditions to closing, including regulatory approval, and is expected to close during the third quarter of 2013.

Headquartered in Lincolnshire, IL, ADCO Global is a leading supplier of specialty adhesives, sealants, tapes, and coatings serving the Construction, Transportation, and Industrial markets throughout the world. ADCO Global is a leader in developing specialized solutions for insulating glass window, roofing, solar panel, wind, bus/trailer/RV, automotive, marine, civil engineering, telecommunications, security glass and general construction applications.
