Epoxyset Introduces EB-486, a 2 Part Thermally Conductive High Bond Strength Epoxy Adhesive

Epoxysets specially formulated EB-486 is a 2 part, room temperature cure, thermally conductive, high bond strength epoxy adhesive. Featuring the combination of electrical insulation properties and thermal conductivity, EB-486 can be used for a variety of applications including bonding, sealing, and small volume encapsulation. This toughened epoxy system bonds well to a wide variety of substrates used in electronics, including metals, composites, ceramics and many plastics.

EB-486 is a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by weight and volume allowing for easy meter mixed dispensing or manual application. It cures quickly in 20-30 minutes at 210°F or for 24 hours at ambient temperature. Epoxyset offers this product in pint, quart, 1-gallon and 5-gallon kits as well as easy to use 50mL dual cartridge Sulzer Mixpacks allowing for easy application in production and in the field
