GOLDEN VALLEY, MN -- Segetis, Inc, announces Minnesotas Department of Agriculture awarded Segetis $325,000 in NextGen Energy grant funding through the Agricultural Growth, Research and Innovation (AGRI) program.
"The inclusion of renewable chemicals in the NextGen Energy Grant Program shows tremendous support by the State of Minnesota", said Atul Thakrar, Segetis CEO. "We are energized by the stakeholders of Minnesota harmonizing support for renewable chemicals with energy and biofuels, similar to what is taking shape at the federal level with 2014 USDA Farm Bill.
