MCC Acquires Multiprint Labels, a Producer of Pressure Sensitive Beverage Labels

CINCINNATI, OHIO -- Multi-Color Corporation (NASDAQ: LABL) is pleased to announce it has acquired 100% of Multiprint Labels Limited in Dublin, Ireland effective from 1st July 2014.

Multiprint specializes in Pressure Sensitive Beverage labels for Ireland and the UK. They have common markets, technologies and supply chain with MCC’s Glasgow UK operation. Multiprint will continue to be run by Mr. John Woods, reporting to our UK President, Mr. Alex Mulvenny. Multiprint revenues are approximately USD 7 million per annum.
