IRPC Polyol & PCCR Sign JV to Develop Polyols & Polyurethane Systems
Recently, Mr. Sukrit Surabotsopon, President, IRPC Public Company Limited and Chairman of IRPC Polyol or IRPCP INSERT INTO [lzx].[dbo].[tb_new]([id],[type],[title],[source],[personal],[image],[contents],[time],[number]) VALUES (2nd from right) and Mr. Wieslaw Klimkowski, Chairman, PCC Rokita SA or PCCR INSERT INTO [lzx].[dbo].[tb_new]([id],[type],[title],[source],[personal],[image],[contents],[time],[number]) VALUES (2nd from left) jointly signed the joint venture agreement between IRPCP and PCCR, Poland-based petrochemical company. Mr. Boondej Phuriyaokorn, Managing Director of IRPCP (right) and Mr. Walderma Preussner, PCC Group owner and Vice Chairman of PCC Rokita supervisory board (left) also witnessed the signing ceremony, which took place at Wangkaew Room, 10th Floor, Energy Complex Building B.
This investment aligns with IRPC’s strategic policy to develop polyols & high value-added products made from polyurethane to market in 10 Asean countries and China. IRPC Polyols will manufacture new products based on technology supplied by PCC Rokita and supply them to the JV. PCCR is the expert and technology-driven petrochemical firms in producing polyurethane with strong distribution network in many countries.

IRPC Public Company Limited or IRPC (Company) formerly Thai Petrochemical Industry Public Company Limited or "TPI" registered in 1978 by Leophairatana family. TPI had been transformed to a public company limited on October 10, 1994 and listed on the SET on March 17, 1995. IRPC started to produce applications of petroleum and petrochemical products in 1982 and expanded its line of production of various petrochemical products. It expanded the plant and infrastructures for fully integrated petrochemical complex.
