Brenntag and Hexion Expand Distribution Agreement for Epoxy Resins in Austria

Brenntag, one of the global market leaders in chemical distribution, and Hexion Inc., a global leader in thermoset resins, announce an expanded cooperation on Epoxy Resins in Austria, effective June 1, 2015.

The expanded agreement strengthens the successful channel partner relationship the two companies have in Europe. Brenntag already represents Hexion in the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

“With this step to Austria, we expand our excellent business relationship with Hexion yet again, providing innovative new epoxy products, including water-based technologies designed to serve construction end-markets in a variety of coatings applications,” said Martin Rimmer, European Marketing Manager, Coatings & Construction for Brenntag Europe, Middle East and Africa.
