Bond It has launched Super-Mate, a new high quality siliconized acrylic sealant as an economic alternative to silicone and water-based sealants. The high performing sealant is suitable for various interior and exterior applications.
Flexible Long-lasting Seal with Mold Resistance
Super-Mate is ideal for sealing in bathrooms and around bathtubs as it has antifungal properties and has more flexibility than other acrylics. The sealant contains a powerful fungicide to prevent mold growth. Super-Mate seal around timber, metal and PVC window, door frames and fill gaps and cracks in general decorating applications, such as brickwork, stone, plaster and concrete. The sealant bonds to polystyrene coving and tiles, cork tiles and wood block flooring as it does not contain solvents and isocyanates.
Super-Mate has excellent adhesion characteristics and provides a permanently flexible long-lasting seal which adheres to virtually any materials. The sealant remains permanently flexible and can be painted over and easily cleaned up with water.
