Solventless PU Adhesive
WEVOPUR 801 is a medium viscous, solventless two-component polyurethane adhesive with high-thermal conductivity upto 2.0 W/m·K. The adhesive component contains abrasive filler. The adhesive can be used in the temperature range of -40°C to +135°C.
Wevopur products have highly configurable reactivity and flow characteristics. The adhesive properties ensure reliable bonding and sustained protection of electronic components against aggressive ambient conditions. The thermal stability at continuous operating temperatures up to 165 °C expands the deployment range, even in demanding applications. The flame-retardant properties in accordance with UL 94 V-0 can also be achieved, even with thin layers.
The filling characteristics of the resin components increase thermal conductivity, enabling designers to achieve optimal thermal management. WEVOPUR is mechanically versatile with properties ranging from gel-like to elastomeric and impact-resistant to high dimensional stability. Clear, UV-stable systems are also available for transparent applications.
Broad Hardness Range with Low-Dielectric Constant
Main product features of the adhesive include broad hardness range from Shore 00 to D 90, adjustable flow properties, compatible with filled and unfilled systems. The adhesive shows good temperature cycle behavior and has low-dielectric constant. The product has a self-extinguishing system in accordance with UL 94 V-0.
WEVOPUR offers good adhesion not only on conventional thermoplastics, but also on high-performance plastics such as LCP, BMC, etc. and operating temperature range of -60 °C to +165 °C. It has adjustable pot life from 1 to 90 minutes.
