Abstract：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for a food packaging film which, when laminating a plastic film to produce a food packaging film, is easy to coat and excellent in initial adhesiveness to the film and further which, after introducing contents into a food packaging bag produced using the food packaging film and subjecting the bag to a sterilization treatment, has high peeling strength and, even when stored at a high temperature for a long term, can maintain a film appearance of the packaging bag.SOLUTION: Provided is anadhesive for a food packaging film containing a urethane resin obtained by compounding a polyester polyurethane polyol (A), a polyester polyol (B), and an isocyanate component (C). (A) has a structure where a polyester polyol (a1) is chain-extended by an isocyanate compound (a2), an equivalent ratio (NCO/OH) of the hydroxyl group of (a1) and the isocyanate group of (a2) is 0.60 to 0.85, and a glass transition temperature of (B) is -20 to 10 DEG C.
