The method has the advantages that the viscosity of the acrylic ester modified epoxy toughening agents ranges from 100000 to 300000, extremely obvious toughening effects can be realized by 5-10% of the acrylic ester modified epoxy toughening agents added into an A component, namely epoxy resin, of epoxy adhesive, and the tensile shear strength and the breaking elongation of the epoxy adhesive can be greatly improved.
