The present invention relates to a rubber adhesive and a process method for applying the rubber adhesive to EVA sole adhesion, wherein the proportions of the components of the rubber adhesive in percentage by weight are: 60％-65％ of an elastic resin, 3％-6％ of a naphthenic oil, 8％-12％ of an EVA, 8％-12％ of an artificial rubber, and 12％-18％ of white carbon black. The process method comprises formulating and evenly mixing the rubber adhesive and a rubber according to a ratio of 6-10 : 90-100 to prepare a rubber bottom sheet, and then placing the rubber bottom sheet and an EVA insole primary blank together into a die for die-press forming to form an EVA sole finished product. The present invention has the advantages of being cost-saving, time-saving and labour-saving.
