The preparation method of the waterborne UV organosilicone-polyurethane anti-corrosion paint includes the steps that the raw materials are weighed according to the ratio; waterborne polyurethane acrylate, waterborne epoxy acrylate, silicone-acrylate emulsion and waterborne polyurethane are mixed to be uniform, then the photoinitiator, the anti-scratching agent, the flatting agent, the defoaming agent, the anti-freezing agent, the thickening agent, the anti-flash-rust agent, the pigments and the filler are sequentially added, and the mixture is ground to be smaller than 30 micrometers in fineness after being dispersed uniformly.
