Nekoosa launches NextBond™ UV-cured durable adhesive, a robust, eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional solvent-based adhesives for long-term print applications like displays, decals and signage.
 

Non-toxic Durable Adhesive

NextBond™ is a solvent-free, non-toxic durable adhesive solution. Nekoosa streamlined the product process by curing the NextBond™ adhesive inline with UV lamps and removing all hazardous waste and harmful VOCs. Also, NextBond™ will not shrink and maintains adhesion strength when exposed to challenging outdoor environmental and chemical conditions, making it ideal for long-term printed graphics.

Suitable for Indoor and Outdoor Signage Applications

NextBond™ UV-cured, durable permanent and high-peel removable adhesive options are currently featured in three existing Nekoosa wide format product lines, and they will be adding these adhesives to more of their product lines soon.
 

• Premium Vinyl: For long-term indoor and outdoor signage applications that require superior finishes, adhesives and liner options that extend durability to 5 years.
• Overlaminates: Optimized with the NextBond™ UV-cured adhesive system to provide durability up to 5 years in critical long-term outdoor applications where environmental factors, moisture and abrasion are present.
• Mounting Films: Permanent or removable optically clear polyester mounting film used to easily convert non-adhesive backed films to pressure sensitive materials with 3 years of outdoor durability.
